Our little five year old daughter was doing a lot of filming the other day. I think it would make good material for importing into our family history software, and even family tree software if it allows video. She was using our little flip video camera (i don’t know why I call it a flip, perhaps I’m using the wrong term because it does not actually flip in any way). Anyway, it is a simple enough device having only like three or five total buttons, which means she was able to pretty much figure it out after seeing us use it a couple times. She walked from room to room videoing people sleeping in bed, including me.
Then she would play it back, watch it. It was a good educational experience, if I do say so myself.
